1. Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage discovered after receiving the order.

A return request must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Product Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The product has a manufacturing defect or damage  
- The product has not been used (except for checking the defect)  
- Original packaging and all components are included  
- Photos or videos confirming the defect are provided

3. How to Request a Return

3. Attach photos or videos showing the defect  

We will review your request within 1–3 business days.

 4. Refund Method

After confirming the defect, we will offer:

- a replacement product,  
or  
- a full refund to the original payment method.  

Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after the return is approved.

 5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

- The product was used and has no manufacturing defect  
- More than 5 days have passed since delivery  
- The damage was caused by the customer  
- The product is personal or hygienic and the packaging has been opened
